Act&Action - training course, Belgrade, Serbia

The training course “Act & Action” will be on using primarily theatre and other familiar techniques for training youth on job search, self-promoting and preparation for the labour market.

OBIETTIVI

The training has 8 days in total and 6 full working days. We intend to train 25 youth workers about how to effectively and creatively train youngsters who are about to enter (or have recently entered) the labour market. Program will consist of theatre workshops, job search as well as career workshops. International training team will be composed of skilful trainers with a professional experience in this field.

ATTIVITA'

This training is for you if your organization satisfies at least one of these criteria:

· involve volunteers or youth workers that perform trainings on job search and would like to share experience as well as explore new methods;

· engage volunteers or youth workers that would like to start to perform job search trainings and need to developed theirs and adopt related skills;

· have volunteers or youth workers that are interested in theatre techniques;

· Have volunteers or youth workers that would like to explore advantages of multicultural team work.
